Product and account support
Email [email protected]. Include the organisation or team, the affected feature, approximate time and any error request ID. For invitations, family links, selection, fixtures or registration approval, your club is usually the first contact because it manages those decisions. SportHQ is operated by Sky Network Pty Ltd (ABN 63 145 355 353).
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, consent changes or complaints, contact your club or [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include your account email, organisation and the request. We may need to verify identity and guardian authority. Do not email medical records or identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate secure process. See the privacy policy for handling and escalation.
Billing
For SportHQ invoices, cancellation or a disputed charge, email [email protected] with “Billing” and an invoice reference. Do not send card numbers. For club registration or participation refunds, contact the organiser that charged the fee. See billing, cancellation and refunds.
Security
Email [email protected] with “Security report” in the subject. Describe the affected feature and steps to reproduce using your own test data. Do not send passwords, codes, tokens or other people’s records. Ask for a secure channel before sharing sensitive evidence. Stop testing if you encounter another person’s information. Do not exploit a vulnerability, disrupt the service or access more information to demonstrate impact.
Safeguarding and abuse
Report team conduct to your organisation’s safeguarding contact and platform abuse to [email protected]. Include message identifiers and a description rather than forwarding sensitive material. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. This mailbox is not an emergency or continuously monitored crisis service.
